QUOTATION POLICY AND OBSERVATIONS

• All quotes comes with limited availability and reconfirm with us at the time of confirmation.
• Effective from 2014 Tourism Dirhams charged from hotels, which has paid by the guest upon arrival. (3 – 10 AED, 4* – 15 AED, 5* – 20 AED Per room/per night).
• High Occupancy tour excursions are subject to availability at the time of confirmations.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• All payments should be settled 20 days Prior to tour starts.
• Cancellation of confirmed bookings subject to attract cancellation charges.
• Any Cancellations 15 days Prior to arrival are non refundable.
• On tour amendments of excursions are not allowed and cancelled excursions non refundable.
• Any changes in the tour itinerary should be done before the guest arrival in UAE.
