Day 1: ARRIVAL AT KATHMANDU
Arrival at Kathmandu till 1 pm then check inn hotel after some repayment then visit following sight seen.
(1) Boudha Stupa – (Boudha Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site)
(2)-Gunjeshwari Shakti peeth (When Shiva was insulted by his father-in-law (i.e., Daksha), his wife Sati Devi was so angry that she jumped into the flames of the yagya (a ritual involving offerings to a sacred fire). Shiva was grief-stricken and picked up her corpse and began to wander about, as her body parts fell to the earth here her hand was fallen)
(3)Pashupati Temple – in evening @6pm join Pashupatinath aarti and visit Thamel market enjoy this market and take rest.
Pashupatinath Temple (Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrine for Hindus. This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.)
Day 2: KATHMANDU- CHANDRAGIRI -CHITWAN (190 KM 6 HOUR)
Post breakfast till 8 am then move to Chitwan enroute we will cover following sight seen and drive to Chitwan Arrival at chit take rest in Chitwan
(1)-Bhaktapur durbar Square (Bhaktapur Durbar Square, locally known as Khwopa Lyaku (Nepal Bhasa: Devanagari: Prachalit Nepals the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, 1,400 metres (4,600 ft) above sea level. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Reasonably, it is grounded within the area of 6.52 square miles yet it has numerous temples and wow monuments.
(2)-Syambhu/Monkey Temple (The complex consists of a stupa, a variety of shrines and temples, some dating back to the Licchavi period. A Tibetan monastery, museum and library are more recent additions. The stupa has Buddha’s eyes and eyebrows painted on. Between them, the number one (in Devanagari script) is painted in the fashion of a nose
(3)-Chandragiri Hills by cable car and visit Ichheshwar (Here you will feel that you are above than cloud height fromsealevelisapprox3600feet)
Chandra giri Hillis seven kilo meters from Thankot, and lies on the south-westside of Kathmandu Valley Which is 2551 metres above sea level? The hill provides panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan ranges from Annapurna to Everest. Chandragiri hill has cable car system to reach up to the temple of Bhaleshwor Mahadev.
Day 3: CHITWAN – POKHARA (160 KM 5 HOURS)
Early morning enjoys Jungle Safari by jeep or Elephant 3 hours during safari a lot of Rhino, birds, Crocodile and Bengal tiger (if you lucky) you will see after that visit Elephant breeding center, enjoy Bath with elephant then move to Pokhara take rest
Day 4: POKHARA SIGHT SEEN
After breakfast move from hotel till 8:30 am for enjoying Pokhara following excursion with natural Annapurna range
(1)-Vindhyasini–The main temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Klister are smaller temples of goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganesha in the premises. The temple is situated atop a small hill and can be accessed via stone staircases on the East and North East. The views of the Himalayas from the North of the temple are breathtaking while from the South one can see the expanse of Pokhara city.
(2)-Mahendra Cavethis is a rare example of a cave system in Nepal containing stalagmites and stalactites. This Show cave attracts thousands of tourists every year. A statue of Hindu lord Shiva can be found inside the cave.
(3)-Gora khamuseum- (Dedicated to Indian army)
(4)-Gupteshwor Cave (Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is a cave located opposite to Davis Fall, the water from Davis falls Passes through this cave. Gupteshwor Mahadev cave is one of the major attractions of Pokhara)
(5)-David’s water fall (Its Nepali name is Patale Chango, which literal meaning is Paatal KO Chango means “Underworld’s Waterfall”. [3] This is one of the most visited places in Nepal.)
(6)-In evening boating in Fewa Lake @6 pm you can enjoy Taal barahi aarti (Tal Barahi Temple also known as Lake Temple or Barahi Temple is a two-story pagoda temple located in the Kaski District of the Gandaki Zone in western Nepal. [2] It is a Hindu temple of the Goddess Durga (Barahi), the protector of gods. It is located in a small island on the south east section of Phewa Lake in Pokhara. The temple is used for worship by Hindus. It can be reached by taking a boat from the shore of Phewa Lake to reach Tal Barahi temp
After that walk at lakeside for shopping, clubbing etc. then relax in hotel
Day 5: POKHARA – JHOMSOM –MUKTINATH (BY ROAD) -(180 KM 7 HOURS)
After breakfast we will Checkout from Pokhara hotel till 8 am after 6 to 7 hours’ drive, we will reach at Jhomsom check inn hotel then after sometime approx one hour’s driver we will move to Muktinath. Here we should take bath in 108 River spring then darshan of Muktinath temple. After that move to Jhomsom and relax in hotel.
Important Note: It takes a maximum of 1 hours of driving to reach Muktinath temple from Jhomsom. After getting off the jeep, you have to walk up for 30 minutes to reach the temple from Jeep Park. You can hire a pony on your own which costs INR 500 for a two-way ride. After visiting Darshan and Pooja., drive back to Jhomsom for a night stay. If you have time, you may visit the Mustang Eco Museum. Located near to the airport this museum houses ancient objects and manuscripts relating to Tibetan culture, herbs, and medicine. Muktinath Temple is believed to be a place where Lord Vishnu got salvation from Brinda (wife of Jalandhar). The main shrine is a pagoda shaped temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is believed that one washes away all the pain and sins if they take shower in holy water coming from 108 sprouts just behind the temple. Another major attraction would be two ponds in front of the temple where people take a plunge into. Apart from these temple sites, one can enjoy the dramatic landscape of the valley surrounded by mountains.
Day 6: JHOMSOM-POKHARA MANOKAMANA -KATHMANDU (210 KM 6 HOURS)
Fly from Jhomsom to Pokhara then move from Pokhara 3 hours’ drive, we will reach at Manokamna here you will purchase ropeway cable car ticket at booking counter which price is 525/-Inr per person both ways join cable car and darshan of Manokamna temple. Move from Manokamna after 3 to 4 hours’ drive, we will reach in Kathmandu check inn hotel and relax for overnight in hotel.
Optional activity -If you want to enjoy river rafting in Trishuli river then you can enjoy here on direct payment basis.
About Manokamana (The Manakamana Temple is located 1,300 metres (4,300 ft) above the sea level in the Kafakdada Hill which sits in the confluence between Trishuli and Marsyangdi [2] in the Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality in Gorkha. Many mountains can be seen from the hill including the Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal, and Boudha which is part of Manaslu, the eighth-highest mountain in the world)
Day 7: DROPPING-KATHMANDU
After breakfast we will checkout from hotel and drop you 2 hours before your flight time. Here your tour will end with sweet memories.
