Had booked Dubai and Abu Dhabi package through Mr. Sangram Andhe, the Destino Trip Planners gave us good discount from the costing shared by them... they went to the extent to provide us Limo Ride as last moment requirement from all my friends that too on Sunday still somehow they managed to get 2hours Limo Ride for 7pm Dubai time... we would recommend DTP to all the travelers

These people are just scammers and once we pay them, there is no response or any curtesy for call back... me and my husband had decided to book honeymoon package through them. We paid 65k of total amount for package for Jan 1st week travel date, when we asked for hotel confirmation voucher, they delayed the same for 2 weeks and after sending someone to their office... we learned that there was no booking done and when we asked them rudely, they said it was used for some other thing and we'll refund your amount.. since then there is no response or written commitment for the same... I would highly recommend not to go with this tour agency as again they are scammers and not professional... also all the 5 star reviews are of their own employees... for proof anyone can visit their office and check by themself... think tons of times before going with Destino Trip Planners... I hope they suffer the same like they have made us and other customers suffer... I am sure many other customers might have faced the same issues like we...

We recently booked our tour with Destino.
Not only did they manage to book wrong flight for my child which we had to extra pay on the spot at the Airport, we are still awaiting our refund of Hotels booking paid to them (which was not booked/cancelled)
It has been a month already our money is stuck with them, with no POC (Stanley/Sangram) taking any prompt action to resolve the issue
